There are dozens of ways to communicate to shareholders and not violate any operator constraints. This is more about keeping shareholders completely in the dark and I don't like the implications of that. Nothing good can come from intentionally hiding drilling information.

Using Law as your moral compass will hurt others. Right and wrong trump Law in the grand scheme.
