well i am here as long as they keep with the grass roots idea, advance the asset, prove value, as in 43-101 i think there is some chages going on with that one, but with that there will be a reserve,probable,ect. that is what im waiting for.. Tell me what can come out of this property, and then we will see who will be nocking on the door. Let them spend the money and time to get that plain of operation, all those permits, water,and bring the propety back to the form it is or better, they can have all that, we just want the value, so we can go to the bank, and if and when they go into production, set back and take the royalty
