Yes im all for giving people a chance, but the only way this is going to make it, it to make sure the old crew is gone and gone for good, and to bring in some people that are qualified, no matter what field, The problem with some of the old ones is that if they would of only applied them self with a bit of sweat, and work, and got off there fat as, off the key boards this would of been a bit better for every one. Most of these companies think that a stroke of a key gets everything done, you have to get on the projects, you have to have contact with your driller and state regulators, you just don't set and think someone else is going to take care of it, Hell if some of these guys were paid buy the key stroke, we would be trading in the dollars...lol
