YES THEY ARE and so is mineseeker
they could sell to an aerospace company in their own neighborhood...so why quasar?
is it because we offered them more than book value?
i dont think so.

imo they are "eyeing" the synergistic qualities that quasars pending aqui's have to offer.

we will get funded ...imo we will uplist imo
and imo people with a small holding will make out big..
