He responds to shareholders, he does NOT communicate with them, he plays word games to AVOID communication.

If anyone was successfully communicating there wouldn't still be 100 questions!

Managements don't build trust by hiding under a rock. An adversarial relationship with shareholders is a waste of everyone's time.
