What people should be doing is accumulating shares in anticipation of the removal of the "CE" lable issued on pinksheets. We all know everyone starts buying/chasing once "CE" is removed because logically speaking, if the company removes this sign for a few grand$$ then there must be positive news proceeding... Logically speaking. This stock should explode just like GO!G.

Tighter float/outstanding shares
no toxic financing/ no dilution
china merger which puts UWRL fairly valued @ 0.05$
