I urge all investors not to concern themselves with this suit. To do so is to give credibility to legal extortion. Lets not put pressure on Liberty Star to settle anything. If we treat this as a non event and allow Liberty Star to do what they need to do to win this case even if it takes two or more years then we are doing the right thing. Its unfortunate but all to often frivolous law suits are used as leverage for settlement when in fact there is really nothing to settle. I don't expect this suit to be settled. I expect this to take a very long time. If either party wants to stall - it can be stalled for a very long time. Some attorneys are hired just for that very reason. It is most likely in the interest of the bond holders to stall but If we recognize BS for what it is then it should no have a bearing on the stock price.
