Good point and advice zippity. It is e.Digital's management and BOD with whom I have the most issues. However, the spinmeisters on agora are also a major part of the problem IMO. Speculation and fiction are spun and repeated there so frequently that some accept the tales spun as facts.

From what I understand, Putnam has asked shareholders not to contact the media directly on behalf of the company or to promote its products, as they have done on numerous occasions.

In this case, the contact was regarding the product of a customer and the false statements could be construed as coming from that customer.

There has also been a campaign to spam votes for the digEplayer to receive an IFE award from Airfax. If a number did so using multiple e-mail addresses (as was implied), the spamming could be obvious and an embarrassment to Wencor/APS as it would be assumed the spamming was being done by them.
