First: Lawyers are retained by companies prior to something happening, So that the company is assured we will drop everything and come running. However; When an event actual transpires We still bill the company for our time etc... Even if it is a frivolous case; that we fill the parties we are suing, do not have the assets to recover from for our client (Bottom Line - We Get Paid). And whose pocket do you think ARSC will pay Their lawyers from <Not>from Their personal account; thats for sure, but From whatever money that would makes Yours and Mine any dividend or profits that the company may generate. Even if they had a case; And I seriously doubt they do, In this case-I'm sure They Don't. He Phrased his satire just well enough to be obvious enough to protect himself. (A bad Satire as it may well be) But that is all I'm willing to say on the subject. I will not respond again.
