The shell is contaminated...liabilities only. Nascar has zero interest in the AERP shell. If Nascar wants to get in the shell company business they would simply create a clean one themselves. AERP has billions of shares outstanding, no revenue source and several default judgments pending against it.NASCAR wants money or liquid assets to settle what they claim they are owed.The only asset would be the PATENT which AERP has no interest in or legal right to at this time IMO. Look for NASCAR to broaden it's claim and go after Hunsaker and his associates who have played a hide and go seek game with the patent. IMO

Any person holding common shares of AERP(other than INSIDERS) is STUCK. Perhaps down the road a gigantic reverse split followed by a gigantic sell-off to satisfy outstanding judgments is the BEST case scenario IMO. hope this helps.
