Thanks for the courtesy of a reply Lowell. If it were me doing the deal I would want a non-disclosure. I am willing to bet TMC and AMHD do have a non-disclosure.

I'll bet guys like you, ok you, want to know exactly what the deal was....to base a deal on. It is up to everyone to negotiate their own deal. That is why there are non-disclosures in the first place. You are undoubtedly a great engineer but, you really really really need help with the legal aspects of being in business.
