A profitable pink sheet is rare -- look at a lot of other such companies which are working on developing a product, searching for gold by buying up land, etc. Most of these companies, even if legit, are a lot of red paint, especially in the beginning. TDGI is at least profitable while they're also swinging for the fences hoping to hit one out of the park. The other such legit pinks (again, probably rare as it is), are mounting debt while they try to hit their homerun. It's risk/reward, and it certainly lessens the risk when the company is not draining value out of the stock.
