Have you any idea how many CEOs have told shareholders there will be no reverse spit and then a few weeks later, lo and behold, there is a reverse split? There will be a reverse split here because there is no alternative. The AS is 3 billion and the OS is at least 2 1/2 Billion. The company doesn't bring in any revenue to speak of, they are bleeding red ink and there is no way to raise money other than to sell shares. Those are facts, and cannot be disputed.
