Are these warrants worthless?

I posted last week about the problems I had at the Ameritrade office with my warrants (post # 122091). I just received both warrants back in the mail with a letter from Ameritrade that says:

*****************************
Thank you for your recent stock certificate deposit request of 1,500,000 shares in IFINIX CORP (INIX) into your account. After completing a thorough review of your request, however, we have determined that we cannot accept the deposit and must return your shares.

The review was part of an evaluation that TD AMERITRADE routinely conducts of incoming assets. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any additional information about the basis for the decision. We ask that you do not attempt to redeposit these shares, as we will not be able to accept them.

We understand that this decision may create difficulties for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause you. If you have any other questions or concerns about your account, or if we can be of any assistance, please call a Client Services representative at 800-669-3900. We're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

So I called Ameritrade and talked to their "Risk Analytics" department. They told me that they checked out IFINIX, and the company is too big of a risk for them to put these shares into my account. They said they could not tell me exactly why they would not put the shares into my account, and told me not to bother trying to submit them again.

So, what does this mean? Looks like I paid a bunch of money a year ago for some worthless pieces of paper. Has anyone else had any problems getting their warrant shares into their account? Has anyone tried using Ameritrade? Any idea what the hell I'm supposed to do with these now?
