Hiya Everyone,

I was going to recommend sending an E-Mail to the U.S. Trustee today or this weekend concerning the status of her objection against the POR since we have not heard anything since the PR came out about the court decision of the 31st of August. Also we should ask her to file an appeal against the POR and the judge's decision since the proposed POR violates BK Law based on, among other reasons, the disparate treatment provided to Visteon Equity Holders. By the way this last part was a direct quote from a letter that I and several people received from the UST. So we can ask the UST to file an appeal to appelate court since the current ruling and plan is in violation of BK Law!
