Karl---no one said they were "MORONS". I just said they seemed to be administratively incompetent. After all, how hard would it be for them to count the number of warrants exercised (and the money) and even if the Quirk thing were unresolved, then issue a press release that says how many were exercised and that the Quirk thing is resolved/unresolved. This is just sheer "incompetence". Is it moronic? It might even be that if you consider that we are the owners and Barnhill is saying FU to us. This company needs to be sold to competent administrators (not just Scientists like Barnhill---and he obviously has issues retaining good people---see the departure list of execs and Directors).
That's my two cents.
