No that's not true. It depends if there is a significant short volume and most pennies don't have a LOT of short volume. You can check that yourself at

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/OTCE_Short_Interest.asp

However, SOBM does have a pretty sizable short volume BUT you STILL should see small upticks and since we've had buying at the .18s all week we should be in the .19s by now!

I've been in stocks with even greater short volume than this and you still see upticks with the kind of buying we've had.
