MCO - maybe it finally figured-out how to do its job, which it surely was NOT doing before, and during, the economic chaos of '08 and early '09.

In fact, it did plenty to help push a lot of companies to the brink, etc., etc.

And, I'm pretty sure it pays employees too, and even gives benefits for such great "work".
