I agree with you. Promotional events will be tied with some material events. Otherwise how could they promote it. Also I believe Promotional will be for 2 to 4 weeks.

IMO someone will start the promotion and we will see CE removal in one or two days after the promotion starts. Followed by 2 or 3 merger news.

I am not sure when UWRL will file for CE Removal. But we will see a PPS going higher even before the CE removal, Which according to me will be the start of the promotion.

All above IMO.
