I love all the recent, negative sentiment on the board; it gives me hope. No one bothered to bash this stock when liquidation looked imminent. Now we have a little volume, a bump in share price, and some favorable court decisions; and the tactics we've seen in the past have resumed.

I always welcome objective criticism, because it helps me make a more informed decision. Bashing, however, shows an ulterior motive; an adversarial force. You can't have an adversary if you're no longer in the fight.

For new investors, be very careful with this one. The company is in Chapter 11 BK, and it is very possible that it will end in Chapter 7. Unlike many would try to sway you to believe, Chapter 7 is not a certainty, only a possibility with a constantly changing probability. I would say that the best thing about this bankruptcy, is that we're finally obtaining some transparency.
