Correct, but I thought that was accounted for in the time difference between April 5 (when we actually sent in the application) and April 10 when we started counting (the day after receipt of the application was announced). It sounds like we didn't build in enough of admin days, per Mugs' post yesterday. That would explain why the FDA is getting answers back in what looks like 160 or so days and claiming that they are hitting 150 100% of the time. So we could still hear any day now and the FDA could still claim to have responded on time. Regardless, I'm not selling a share until buy out, so it's all just an academic excercise.
