Oh I am 99.99% sure they diluted. The "low float" claim based on a filing on June 30th says the float is low but look at the chart. 3 days after filing there is a 65 mill dump. So I am sure there has been dilution. And if there is only a 35 mil float it traded 3 times yesterday. I dont think that happened. This could still be a good runner but not till they stop the dilution and the "crews" move in to bounce it
