Jagman,

I do think you are wrong. But I appreciate your commentary. All of the reasons that TR posts relative to current "irons in the fire" are true. Yet it is also true that this company has repeatedly disappointed investors with timeframes, PR's that did not materialize, etc. This is equally factual. Also what appears to be inappropriate bonus payments is true. Mr. Jacobson of ALMI, for example, has kept a very modest living standard to this point. His word is much more reliable than that of FASC management. This is the imbalance in TR's observations that does not get suitable attention.

I happen to believe that those that are long, with very large positions, are correct--that we are at a turning point. I have not lost interest. But I see certain flaws in Cal's character that at a minimum send up a few red flags.

Am I leaving FASC? I may. And I may, even though I think it is on the verge of taking off. Why? I see something that may be even better for a senior citizen--and where the integrity of the top management is without question.

If I were a younger man, I would probably continue to buy and buy and buy in FASC--and my objective would be to hold every share for years. If I do make a change, I will post it. Then it will be obvious whether I made the right move, or the worst one of my life. - Dave.
