Maybe Tom is one of those meticulous businessmen that looks at a company's sheets and goes through it with a fine tooth comb and come up with a Marketing plan that puts ARTS PPS into pennyland and Beyond. IMHO. All I can do is wait. TIME IS ON MY SIDE. TO THE STARS WITH ARTS !!!!!!!
