well rek ,,,,,you r getting 3,449,000.00 usd cash worth of preferred shares of nmgl ,,,,, if they ever sell the b &sc mines u get to cash the preferred shares for cash ....... could be 1 month or could take 20 years !!!! with gold going 2 2000 an oz u r pretty safe guessing 3 months or around the first of the year cuz the fat cats want thier money. too ,,,
