billy, what you fail to mention is that the EC has been approved which means someone out there feels this is not going to go to a 7. In addition, further emergency funding approved again today, which would not have happened if your opinion of a sure 7 were fact. The fact is, with each court victory, we step closer and closer to eventually getting DIP Financing approved. While it is no given at this time, recent ruling by the court are making it more likely by the day.
