Alright, to get a rough on the PPS you are looking at tops .08-.15 the company is not worth 2 billion or even one billion or even half a billion. If you think that it will go to .50 to a dollar it will not happen. You might see a short run up to .30 but it will drop like a rock. Once it hits bottom it will stabilize and adjust and the volitility will pan out. As for the uplisting to an exchange like NYSE or such it could happen within a few months IF the hydro company is already on an exchange then yes it could happen within a short time. However if the Hydro company is not on an exchange then it will take at least a year but more like two.
