Couple questions regarding Planet Impact:

How many shares was Barry Baker given to go away? I see he was brought in to be a Green Energy specialist, given a pretty high up position, but that was before Jeff wanted to buy his friend's deer hunting company. Any word on whether Barry Baker will be back? After his dealings with other companies and my face to face conversations with some, I'd hope not.

Is the company now back to being a Green Energy company after being a White Tail Deer Hunting company after being a Green Energy company? Can I put cash here and be certain they will follow this business direction without chasing Jeff's friends' failing businesses again?
