The Press Release was very specific about how Malcolm would use the funds.
CASH for the Rights Offering.
Well that did not happen.
Financing the drilling effort.
That does not seem to be happening either.

It certainly does appear that Malcolm spoke too soon or with "forked tongue".

Seems like Bendall wants it Both Ways again.
Might as well call him Wrong Way Bendall.
