Petro America - Kansas Corporation

I always got the sense that what cnntcit was saying is that Petro America Corp already went public (PTRZ). And beginning with the PTRZ failure was when they started this idea of a new Petro Kansas company (figuratively only - not literally as in incorporated a new company). They have convinced everybody that they have basically not even attempted to go public yet and are working on it still to this day. Petro America Corp incorporated in the state of Kansas in 2007 and REGDEX Regulation Form D filed in October 2008 with the SEC is the the new Petro Kansas. PTRZ is the old one.

Yes, this makes more sense, I think I was taking them too literally, when they're fairly cryptic.
