Folks.... I want to point out that the FDA approved viking's 510K on aug.30 but they received it on sept. 8. So it looks like the FDA could approve us witin the 150day time frame and fax the approval a week later. Last time I spoke to the good people at I3 I was told that the FDA stamped the April 5 submission received on 4/13. So we are still within the 150day goal and everyone who is freeking out needs to just chill out!
