I believe your right with the MM's games but one could take it as a favor. If this took off already and investors were pooring cash in at high levels and the deal fell through, there would be allot of high losses. At least keeping the PPS low, the loss will not be to painful in comparison. Regardless of the low PPS right now, if this goes through it will pay just the same. All IMO.
