CLDR - Charbies and all. I watched the PM tape today and it wasn't dilution imvho. Or at least nothing new. This looked like malicious intent to keep the SP down under the 50 (.001)...and they succeeded...for today that is. Because now what? This stock has a lot of eyeballs on it across the entire community so for them to continue to contain this, will be a challenge. My first thought is B/A is behind this. From what I have read on it, the split between CLDR and B/A was not amicable. So I think last week when the first run happened, B/A are the ones who stepped on the mo. Clearly what I saw today had an agenda other than just dilution. NITE is repping most of it. I think we're seeing shorting and blocking here from B/A. Rather than get top dollar for whatever shares they were probably holding, they are using them here out of spite. And then probably adding in a short position to try to kill the stock.

There was a BUY:SELL today of 65M:45M. That's a lot of selling at these paltry levels so no doubt short action...this given that there are next to no original basis buyers at .001 or below going back a whole year or even longer (as seen in my chart below). So there is no impetus for regular retailers to sell that hard right at these levels. Whomever is behind today's selling has a motive. It actually helps in this case that there are no 211 MMs in this book. That way, it's a certainty the agenda here is from an outside source. A pissed of B/A is one very likely suspect.

From my POV, there is good news here. I would call today's action a full-on blitzkreig...and look what they got out of it. Next to nothing below .0008. I would say they would have expected something much more impressive downward and instead they were met with more buying and solid bid support. In the end, I believe retailers will prevail here. gl
