I understand. 99.99% is funny. So you say only 1 out of 10000 newsletters is interactive.

What difference it makes if its interactive or not. I know lot of newsletters which are interactive. I can say more than 70% interactive.

Interactive or not, both newsletters going to tell their members to buy the stock. Its upto the members to buy or not.
