What I thought was odd, was that those 20 billion shares were in the works at the same time that they announced the retirement of 2 billion shares. Why retire 2 billion while at the same time you are increasing it by 20B? If the shares were used to purchase Organic Science or licences or growing operations then we will find out soon.
