I see ERock is back on KATX. I think he's one of the more reasonable poster but a bit depressing to read. Just now he sees us at .30 with good results by year end and many called for 10X that by year end. I think the hype that got me and other pumped to buy up to the high has really hurt many investors here. Many have bailed and lost money and that's sad because many friends and family convinced them to buy. I have over a 50% loss at this point like Pooter. Limited cash to try and bring down the average. I can hold and don't have to have the cash at this point but it surely sucks going from looking at 6 figures in one account to in the 30k range in just 3 months. I hope one of of properties hits it big. I bought for the $3+. It was touted with this law firm showing examples of each of their clients hitting $2-$3 in six months. THen all the comparison with massive finds and RR. Expectations were high and now reality maybe saying otherwise. Hoping for the best.
