varmit, I believe we will be seeing another 8-K regarding the 100% ownership of B & C shares in the not so distant future. NMGL has been very quick to release information in the form of filings. FFGO should have the Preferred shares within a few days. From there, their TA will have to start setting up the process to deliver those shares to shareholders of record (cert holders) and the DTCC. Of course FINRA has to approve and set the record date.
