I hope you are right. I've been here for a while now, .0009, and watched it fall hard. I refuse to sell my shares at these levels. ECPL should have PR'ed something by now but has not. I hope when they do, it will explain why A/S was increased and what other activities they have been working on to increase shareholder value among others.
