Read the PR about the ad for the service... IMO it is highly unlikely that a indirect PR for a company that is not even VCTY impacts the decision as to when to release merger completion news etc... They have stated that the China lawyers have yet to okay the buyout/purchase merger final details as of last week - why not take them at their word and see what is said in Friday Tips tomorrow & in the PR that we know is coming sometime in the near future (stop setting fake deadlines and we will find that we are far less disappointed).
