That's what I'm thinking...if he was conserving money before, he must be expecting ADDITIONAL REV (IMO)! No dilution and company is making it's own money, HUGE resume, more national companies on watch and potential merger/buyout that I think is reasonable with DD that was uncovered. Seriously now, how often does that happen at this price? .oo? at worst without news of any kind...just my opinion.
