You forgot the $150 million that was announced way back in 2002 from GEM. The multiple examples of funding announcements followed by no funding and finger pointing by EEGC's management is a disgrace.

Given the conditions that Sure Capital has placed on completing this funding round, I cannot see how the company can raise $12 million with no proven reserves, no collateral, a sub-$6 million market cap and the potential wind-up of its operations.
