Professional Pot Shot?

My apologies if this has already been discussed I have been away and struggling to catch up ; this was a pretty bold swipe at Urban and family. I wonder if anyone had any comments on this guy and/or his not so subtle insinuations here please?

Is this SEC investigation for real or is John Smith trying to make a name for himself through some concocted shock jock journalism? Sorry I am very busy with work and other stocks and this got past me if already discussed. Either he is correct or he is pushing the envelope for jounalistic libel in my interpretation with a biased view that extends beyond a maybe.

Not wishing to stir up a hornet's nest just like some comment on his claims of a SEC investigation it seems clear to me either we are being investigated or we are not does anyone know the answer to that?
