When/If they start drilling STOCK PRICE WILL DOUBLE ON SPECULATION ALONE. If by chance they hit something who knows. But here's the problem..........start your dam drilling. What kind of ground conditions are they waiting for? I guess diamonds laying on the surface would be perfect ground conditions. If they put one guy on a shovel and spin his ass around are we going to hear they started drilling. DIAMONDS TALK B/S WALKS........GD
