I was NOT aware that Dell had moved their cs effort to India. That is scary as hell. The last time I had to call Dell tech support I got a knowledgable, helpful lady that sounded like she was from Nashville & she solved my problem in less than 15 minutes.
But that was quite a while ago. Mostly the Dells on the network (Optiplex) have been bullet-proof. With laptops, I've had great success with IBM Thnkpads, but we all know where that went a couple of months ago. *sigh* What's an MIS guy to do?
