As the prior post mentioned the PBEC shares are worth not more than $0.08 possibly less, I think far less. They are sitting on some land which is probably worth less than half of what they bought it, that is if they have a buyer.

Getting APS contract is an impossibility now after PBEC opened like a can of worms. Without it it makes PBEC pretty worthless. PBEC at $0.25 is still overpriced 10 times at least.
