there is a HUGE difference between DEBT and DEFICIT.

the company's not toast. they own the rights to kappa, a huge brand name in soccer apparel.

not just the distribution rights...but the RIGHTS themselves.

further, the Q3 sales (the bulk of the world cup sales) were NOT included in the financials due to the fact that payment comes 30-90 days after orders are RECEIVED.

if the company was "toast" then it would actually SMELL like all the other junk penny stocks out there:
-crap website
-blatant pump and dumps via penny stock houses
-ridiculous dilution
-no financials reported at all for OCTBB upgrades

^ none of these apply to TLAG.
