Well, it's supposed to give people warm n' fuzzies...I mean who would say yes to this ROFLMAO...
I think at a basic level they give the novice investor a cursory glance as to if the company is an EXTREME risk or not. Every investment is a risk from my perspective, so I rely on my own DD.
