Suezia: The recent news generated considerable churning of shares but no net increase in stock price. My guess is a cash-strapped company exploited an influx of liquidity to raise capital. How else to keep lamps lit and rents paid? Even were this not so, CSMG would be hard pressed to ovecome a risk-averse market by issuing the broad outlines of a contemplated restructuring plan, an admission that audits are incomplete, and few numerical details. Questions beg. For example, is there a R/S in the offing? How much money has been raised? What is CSMG's current percentage stake in LTC? When will the team finally take charge? These are just a few questions a skeptical market might ask before it commits. Hopefully, some light will be shed upon such uncertainties at the convention. The way I figure it, given the crucial importance of the new team, the market may withhold significant commitment until the team's ascendancy is manifestly certain and the share structure revealed. Markets loathe uncertainty.

These are my opinions and sentiments. Buying stocks poses demonstrable risks; you could lose all or part of your principal investment. Use iBoxes for DD start.

Buying gold won't save your soul, but it might save your skin someday.
