I spoke to Leo as well. He told me the same thing, that he exchanged information with Randy last night and expects to see a fax of a potential filing today. He also told me that he still owns over 100 properties and offered to fax me a deed or deeds, but I do not have fax machine available. He said he expects to see the dollar signs on the deal shortly, which I interpret as that he expects to see it "signed on the dotted line".

Come to think of it, I didn't ask if all those properties were specifically in Florida. I won't call him back again today but maybe tomorrow.
