It amazes me that people will make excuses for the company (still).

Personally, I prefer to wait until the explanation comes from the horses mouth. I think all you folks arguing this topic is absolutely ridiculous and counter productive.

In any business your reputation is of paramount importance. Consistent disapointments whatever the reason will destroy a companies reputation for years on end. People don't typically remember the good stuff only the negatives...and the negatives are stacking up.

Just imagine the impact had the site actually launched on time.
What a shame.
